1、Product Overview
The looper bridge is the core buffer matching part of metal coil cut-to-length lines, installed between the leveling machine and servo feeding & shearing unit. It forms a material storage loop through lifting and lowering movement to balance the speed difference between continuous uncoiling & leveling and intermittent fixed-length shearing, realizing non-stop continuous production of the whole line. It is widely matched with thin plate, medium-heavy plate, color coated plate, stainless steel and aluminum coil CTL production lines.
