Structural Features: It is an upward shearing hydraulic shear with a welded frame structure. It mainly includes a tool holder, cutting blades, a hydraulic cylinder, a pressing device, and a waste material guide groove. The upper cutting blade is fixed, and the lower cutting blade is driven by the hydraulic cylinder with mechanical synchronization. The waste material guide groove uses a pneumatic guide plate to guide the waste material into the waste material cart, and manual dry oil lubrication is adopted.
Technical Parameters: The maximum shearing thickness is 4.0mm, the shearing frequency is 10 times per minute, the length of the cutting blade is 1450mm, the material of the cutting blade is 6CrW2Si. The lifting of the lower cutting blade is driven by the hydraulic cylinder. The number of shearing hydraulic cylinders is 1.
