High-precision leveling to improve sheet flatness

Unwinder is mainly used to unwind the coil material (from the coil/roll) smoothly and stably and feed it into the subsequent production process. Common applications include:

• Metal coil feeding: such as cold-rolled/hot-rolled steel strip, stainless steel strip, aluminum strip, copper strip, etc.

• Plastic film / composite material feeding: films, paper, aluminum foil and other coil materials (depending on the machine configuration).

• Continuous and stable feeding for downstream processes: including slitting, shearing, stamping, coating, lamination, and forming.

• Enabling full-line automation: integrated with the leveling machine, flying shear, slitting line, recoiler/rewinder, etc. for automatic line linkage. It can also synchronize with downstream equipment such as slitting and stacking/collecting systems, supporting PLC/HMI (touchscreen) control and remote monitoring to reduce manual intervention.

• Ensuring stable material running and length control: with tension control, guiding/centering functions, and length measurement to ensure the quality and consistency of downstream processing.
