Structural Composition
Frame: Usually made of high-strength cast iron or welded steel structure, it has good rigidity and stability. It can withstand the huge impact force during the shearing process, ensuring that the equipment will not deform or vibrate during operation, and providing reliable support for other components.
Swing Arm Mechanism: It is a key moving component of the pendulum shearing machine, generally composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a crank-link mechanism, etc. The motor transmits power to the crank-link mechanism through the speed reducer, driving the swing arm to swing back and forth, thus realizing the opening and closing actions of the scissors. The swing angle and frequency of the swing arm can be adjusted according to the requirements of the shearing process.
Scissors Device: Composed of upper and lower blades, the blades are usually made of high-performance alloy steel or cemented carbide, featuring sharpness, wear resistance, high strength, etc. It can ensure good shearing quality and accuracy during a long-term shearing process. The clearance between the blades can be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate to ensure the best shearing effect.
Transmission System: Responsible for transmitting power from the motor to the swing arm mechanism and the feeding mechanism, including transmission components such as gears, chains, and belts. The transmission system has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, high precision, and strong reliability, which can ensure the synchronous operation of all components of the equipment.
Control System: An advanced numerical control system, such as a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or an industrial computer, is adopted to precisely control the operation process of the equipment. Operators can set parameters such as shearing length, quantity, and speed through a touch screen or a control panel. The control system can monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time and make automatic adjustments and optimizations to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the shearing quality.
Working Process
The plate is conveyed to the shearing position of the pendulum shearing machine by the feeding mechanism. The control system controls the swing arm mechanism to drive the scissors device to perform swing shearing according to the preset parameters. During the shearing process, the upper and lower blades cooperate with each other to cut off the plate. After the shearing is completed, the swing arm mechanism returns to its original position and waits for the next shearing command. At the same time, the feeding mechanism continues to convey the plate forward for the next shearing. In this way, the continuous shearing processing of the plate is realized through repeated cycles.
